THE NEED
Lanoha Development needed a website to promote their newest development in the old Lumber Yard District in Millard (Omaha) Nebraska. They were developing an upscale apartment complex with shopping and dining attached. They needed to get tenants for both apartment living and leases for businesses.
EXECUTION
We designed and developed a custom website that was fully interactive. Potential resident or businesses could interact with maps that would show you how far it would take to get to another part of town, hover over links that would give them more information on the area businesses, parks, and restaurants.
We also needed to integrate their custom lease application software so that residents and businesses could fill out applications and reserve their apartment or space.
RESULTS
The website received rave reviews and Lanoha was extremely pleased with it. After it’s launch they started getting leases signed within a couple of days and leased out all the apartments months before the grand opening.
